When TZ Medical founder Tom Tribou began planning the company in a Portland coffee shop in 1990, he made two defining decisions.

First, that product development would start by listening—working directly with clinicians to understand what they actually need before designing a solution.

Second, that pricing should reflect real-world value, helping ensure those solutions could reach the healthcare teams who rely on them.
