Clinical Outcomes Come First. Period.
When ambulatory ECG monitoring works the way it should, it delivers timely, interpretable, and clinically actionable information, not noise, delays, or follow-up headaches.

Our AECG service is designed around one simple principle:
Technology Accelerates Detection. Clinical Judgment Ensures Accuracy.
Faster Reports
Clearer Data
Confident Decisions
AECG results frequently arrive days—or weeks—after a study is completed. Delayed reports and ambiguous findings slow diagnosis, delay treatment decisions, and create uncertainty for patients who are already anxious about potential findings.
Our Solution
Summary AECG reports are delivered within 24–48 hours of study completion. Algorithm-assisted triage, multi-channel data capture, and full technician review of 100% of recorded results in reports that are consistently on time, concise yet thorough, and tailored to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in clinical decision-making.

False Positive vs. Life Threatening
The Difference of Multi-Channel Monitoring
A Real-World Example from TZ Medical Monitoring Solutions
Multi-channel AECG monitoring doesn't just capture more data; it also provides a more complete picture. It prevents unnecessary escalation & unwarranted resource expenditure, and it empowers Physicians to make an accurate and reliable diagnosis of their patients' ECG.
Single-Channel
At first glance, many clinicians would be hard-pressed to definitively rule out wide-complex tachycardia without additional vectors to verify beat morphology, rate, and rhythm.
What is the most appropriate course of action based on what we see within this 1-channel strip?
Multi-Channel.png?width=633&height=402&name=image%20(35).png)
TZ’s line of Trident™ devices capture 3 channels of ECG at all times. After reviewing the single-channel strip, the TZ technician enabled channels 2 and 3 to find that, ultimately, the rhythm was Normal Sinus. In many cases, similar rhythms captured on a single channel may have led to an urgent notification to the provider, additional downstream testing or referrals, unnecessary stress and anxiety for the patient, and wasted time and resources.
Instead...
- The patient’s report included accurate preliminary findings for the Physician’s final interpretation
- The patient avoided unwarranted downstream testing, stress, and anxiety
- The practice avoided wasted time and resources
The Right Alerts | At the Right Time | In the Right Way
Critical Alerts That Respect Clinical Judgement
Too Many Alerts Create Noise
Many AECG vendors apply rigid, one-size-fits-all alert thresholds. This leads to either can produce either…
- Excessive notifications for non-actionable findings, or…
- Missed escalation for rhythms that your practice considers clinically significant.
Too Few Alerts Create Risk
Critical alerts are driven by clearly defined clinical criteria, supported by algorithmic detection, and confirmed by human technicians before escalation.
- Alerts are triggered only for true, clinically meaningful events
- Artifact and borderline findings are filtered through technician review
- Non-critical findings are documented without unnecessary interruption
Poorly Configured Alerts Create Frustration
Alert workflows that don’t align with practice structure force physicians to adapt to the vendor, rather than the vendor adapting to the practice.
- Alerts going to the wrong point of contact
- Delays in response during off-hours
- Unclear accountability for follow-up
Customizable Alert Workflows. Because No Two Practices Are the Same.
Designated Alert Recipients
- Physician
- APP
- Nurse
- On-Call Provider
Clear Differentiation Between Critical vs. Routine
- Configurable Rate and Duration Thresholds
- Urgent vs. Emergent Delineation
- Preferred Notification Method(s)
- Special Instructions
Time-Based Routing
- Business Hours vs.
- Non-Business Hours

Clinical Questions Physicians Commonly Ask
Designed to answer the clinical and workflow questions physicians ask most often.
How quickly are ambulatory ECG reports delivered?
Summary reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of study completion, helping ensure clinical decisions can occur while the patient encounter remains relevant.
Are recordings reviewed by trained technicians?
Yes. Every study undergoes technician review prior to reporting and escalation. Technology assists detection, but human clinical oversight helps ensure accuracy before results reach the physician.
How are critical alerts managed and routed?
Critical alerts follow defined clinical criteria, are supported by algorithmic detection, and are confirmed by technician review. Notification pathways can be configured based on recipient, schedule, and preferred communication method. .
How does multi-channel monitoring improve diagnostic confidence?
Multi-channel monitoring provides additional ECG vectors that help confirm rhythm morphology and distinguish artifact from true arrhythmia, reducing ambiguity commonly seen with single-channel recordings.
Can alert workflows be customized for our practice?
Yes. Alert workflows can be tailored to your clinical structure, including designated recipients, business vs. after-hours routing, configurable thresholds, and escalation preferences.
Will TZ Medical Monitoring Solutions fit into our existing workflow?
Reports are delivered in consistent, physician-friendly formats with flexible delivery options designed to align with existing clinical workflows rather than requiring operational changes.
How does this help reduce unnecessary downstream testing?
Technician-confirmed review and multi-channel data help filter artifact and borderline findings before escalation, reducing false positives that may otherwise lead to avoidable testing or referrals.
